Wouldn’t you want your chimney repaired and cleaned by a reputable company? At Superior Chimney we do not use your request for an estimate on your chimney as a way to get to your home and sell you more goods and services.Many companies may quote you a cheap price over the phone, but unfortunately they may use the underestimated quote as a means to arrive at your home and begin charging for additional repairs.Our intent is to thoroughly clean your chimney from top to bottom. This takes about an hour from the time we arrive and get set up to clean one flue. Additional flues take less time. The average cost is $120.00 per flue, less if all flues are in the same chimney. If the chimney is extremely hard to get to, the price may increase.

We have cleaned chimneys that have had to be scaffolded to get to the top and have taken hours to clean one flue. On the other hand, we have been to calls where the chimneys did not need cleaning. In this case we will thoroughly inspect all flues and chimneys and make any recommendations as to any repairs that might be needed for an inspection charge of $85.00. This fee is waived if any work is scheduled to be done.
